JOHAN HELOISE MADE A GOOD DEBUT IN YPRES WITH THE IMPREZA STI R4
The driver from Martinique Island showed the competitiveness of the Japanese product by Top Run in Ieper.

It’s also worth to mention that the Italian Top Run Team was present in a new date of the Intercontinental Rally Challenge in Belgium, where every year the traditional Geko Ypres Rally is raced, with the event’s central base at Ieper between the fantastic Belgian medieval castles. The Martinique Island driver; Johan Heloise and the French “Tibo” Gorczyca were responsible to represent the Top Run team using a Subaru Impreza WRX STI version R4, entering in the production Group to add points and ending in a twentieth-seventh place, being third in their class behind the Austrian Andreas Aigner (Subaru / Stohl Racing) and the local Bob Colsoul (Mitsubishi Lancer Evo X).
After the première, during the tragic Targa Florio with the English co-driver “Jaffa” Gareth Roberts disappearance, Heloise and Gorczyca directed by the Italian engineer Valter Simonelli committed to make a top-quality race on Belgian soil, searching to add more kilometers on this new car to continue the learning process over this powerful Japanese vehicle of international level.
Heloise will now focus on his next participation for the IRC in San Marino, Italy from July 5th to 7th, where he will try to be a main leader with the Top Run in a demanding test over gravel and pebble very slippery making the participants to be very careful and intelligent picking out the tyre compounds to use. Where the squad from Varese has a lot of experience and will seek to find a good result with Heloise, and without ruling out a second unit’s presence for the young “Gio” Di Palma or some renowned driver of the discipline.
